| 1) Co-operation agreement between government of the (recipient) country and the federal government of Belgium 2) A Mixed Commission defines every three years an Indicative Co-operation Programme 3) A Partner Committee (composed by local administration authorities + Belgian Co-operation Attaché + Belgian Technical Co-operation) identifies the project 4) Specific Agreement 5) BTC formulates and executes the project under monitoring of a Joint Local Consultative Body. In Vietnam, a special Study Consultancy fund has been created to finance preparation of technical assistance. |
