Capacity-building workshop, Phnom Penh, June 27-29, 2005
This workshop brought together 50 people, most of them were representatives of medium size and secondary Asian cities, European cities and donor agencies. Based on the lessons learnt in the inaugural seminar of PRO ACT in November 2004, it aims at setting up operational partnership and preparing pilot projects.
